Learning Objectives
The course will introduce students to appreciate the relevance and significance of Digital Media Channels in Marketing. The students would gain basic understanding of crafting a digital marketing campaign. The course will introduce the students to the basics of digital marketing starting from Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Website Analytics, Blog marketing, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, etc. It will also enable the students to appreciate and critique the digital marketing campaigns.
The main objectives are:
- To understand different types of Digital Marketing techniques and how to use them.
- To learn different online marketing strategies and implementing them in real time.
- Understanding the business requirements and designing the campaigns for better ROI.
Expected Outcomes
On completing this course the student would be able to
- Develop digital advertising campaigns such as presentations, websites and social media, brochures, reports, and newsletters
- Make use of tools such as Word Press, HTML and CSS, Google Ad words and Google analytics Plan and implement a successful marketing strategy to position a brand, maintain its reputation and build a website
- Conduct surveys to identify the interests and concerns of key stakeholders
- Build, optimize and analyze PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Bing ads
